RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY
All our dresses are handmade to perfection, and we are confident that you will fall in love with your dress once received.
We do not accept return but would gladly exchange for a different size. If you receive a damaged dress, please contact us immediately and we will exchange it.
To qualify for an exchange:
- All original tags must still be attached to the outfit.
- The outfit must be with no stain, smell, or sign of dress been already used.
- The shipping cost is non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for any shipping cost accrued in the process of returning and exchanging an outfit.
- Please note that sales items are not eligible for return.
- Please note that all baby sets are not eligible for return or exchange
- Please use a tracking service when sending your outfit to us, as we will not be responsible for any loss in cases where we do not receive your returned items.
- To return your outfit, contact orders@eppielondon.co.uk.
- Eppie London reserves the right to deny an exchange or return if the returned outfit is not in a re-sellable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on custom made outfits unless faulty as these outfits are made with your child measurement that you have given to us. Kindly ensure measurements sent are accurate to prevent wrong sizing. Kindly contact
