EppieLondon is a brand birthed from the desire to make exquisite outfits to provide timeless fashion for kids. The brand was founded in 2020 in the UK (also currently in the UK). We work with a team of designers who work proficiently to ensure every outfit is handmade to perfection to suit all kinds of occasions and, most importantly, to make your kids look awe-inspiring. We are dedicated to offering you the best as we guarantee to add exotic and fabulous collections to your kids’ closets affordably. Additionally, our gorgeous dresses are for Princesses from newborn to age 12. We have ages 1 to 5 of any dress we post in stock while we make other sizes as requested, under a fast-paced environment.

We offer swift worldwide shipping at a rate (Free shipping for our customers within the UK only). Dresses that are in stock are shipped between 3-7 days, delivery takes 2-5 working days. Custom or made-to-order dresses are shipped after 1-3 weeks from the time of order. Contact orders@eppielondon.co.uk if you need the dress(es) earlier. We try our best to deliver dresses ordered at the scheduled time.

We do not refund, but customers can return their orders in exchange for another size which can be used anytime. Also, we can exchange dresses if there is a problem with size. Nonetheless, we urge you to check out our size chart or provide us with a complete and accurate measurement that we can use to determine the right size for your child.

Aforementioned, we can exchange outfits if there is a problem with sizing. We exchange to the exact dress you are returning provided that the dress was returned exactly as delivered. Also, damaged or defective items can be exchanged for another. We may need to ensure the damage is from us.
